Refund policy
1. PURCHASE VIA PARFUMHUIS
When purchasing products, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, known as the right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day after you receive your product(s) or a representative designated by you and notified to us in advance. During this period, you will handle the product and its packaging with care. You will not unpack or use the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will return the product to us with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store. Therefore, you may not open a closed (sealed) package, and you may not use or test the perfume contained in the closed package.
To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and unused. If it is not a faulty product and the seal is broken, then there is a reduction in value, and we cannot refund the purchase price.
What cannot be returned?
Hygiene items (such as makeup) with a broken seal.
Parfumhuis Gift Cards.
Custom Sample Sets.
You must contact us before returning your order by sending an email to info@parfumhuis.com.
The return address is our logistics center. We will provide your address details after contacting us about the return.
Keep your proof of shipment. This allows us to track your return if anything goes wrong.
NOTE: If your package has already been shipped but you haven't received it and you want to cancel your order, we advise you to refuse the package at the door. This will automatically return it to our logistics center.
→ We kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we can keep track of your return. Without notification, the package will be placed in the large returns pile and we won't be able to link it to your order.
Costs in case of cancellation
1. If you exercise your right of cancellation, the return costs are at your expense.
2. If you have already paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.

2. PURCHASE VIA GILLIOU
Important Information:
Although certain logistical services may be carried out by third parties, all requests relating to withdrawal, returns, and refunds are handled exclusively by Gilliou.
Please contact Gilliou directly regarding any return or refund request. Parfumhuis is not responsible for processing returns, refunds, or withdrawal requests relating to purchases made through Gilliou.
Exception for Supplements and Health Products
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, dietary supplements, powders, liquid drops, and other sealed health products can only be returned if the seal remains unopened and intact.
Once the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal expires and the product cannot be returned or refunded.
Gilliou Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Gilliou within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
After notifying Gilliou, you must return the products within 14 days.
Please ensure that your name, order number, and the products being returned are clearly stated. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
