      Apply the product 15 to 30 minutes before your first sun exposure. Ensure the cream is spread as evenly as possible. It's very important to reapply after half an hour or an hour.

      What does SPF 10 mean? If you normally burn after 10 minutes, with SPF 10 sunscreen, you'll only burn after 10 x 10 = 100 minutes. The condition is that you apply SPF 10 every two hours, including after swimming.
