    Perfume needs skin contact to release its perfect scents. It smells even better when the skin is warm. And that's precisely why it's best to apply perfume where you can feel the pulse. This means the temples, neck, chin, wrists, between the breasts, behind the earlobes, the back of the neck, the backs of the knees, and even on the hips.
