    Remove the socks from the packaging and separate them with scissors. Carefully cut the top of the sock about 0.5 cm from the seam. Place them on clean, dry feet, covering the ankles (for more comfort, you can wear cotton socks over them). Wear for 60-90 minutes, then remove any remaining liquid and rinse with water. Before use, ensure the nail polish is completely removed from your nails. For best results, repeat the treatment monthly. The exfoliation process begins after 4-7 days and continues for the next 3-5 days.
