1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us via:

Please include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the products within 14 days.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed supplements
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Items whose seal has been broken after delivery

4. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged and shipped using a reliable shipping method.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Gilliou is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence if applicable

We will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • The order will be refunded excluding shipping costs
  • Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund

8. Exclusions

This policy applies only to purchases made through official Gilliou sales channels.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
