Always first ensure your skin is thoroughly cleansed and dry, using an eye makeup remover. Then apply a facial toner and serum. Apply the eye patches under your eyes and let them absorb for 10 to 20 minutes. Then remove the patches and tap any remaining eye serum from the patches into the skin around your eyes, avoiding the eyelids. Finish with an eye serum, eye cream, eye gel, or eye roller, and finally, a face cream.
